Attorney Leslie Kramer began her legal career in Oil and Gas Law, specifically title and transactions, and Property Law. This practice expanded into property disputes within all areas of law including Probates, Oil and Gas leases, Native American property rights under Treaty, Real Estate transactions, Landlord Tenant Law, and Business Law.

Leslie focuses her practice on starting, maintaining, and protecting small to mid-size businesses and the entrepreneurs who create them. Her practice includes business formations, business disputes and transactions, business negotiations, real property ownership rights and disputes, intellectual property, and property transactions. Her firm represents clients all over the nation regarding business and property.

A member of law review, Leslie was named an editor of the law review’s first multi-state oil and gas survey at Texas A & M School of Law. Her passion for American property rights and business ownership are the underpinning of her legal career.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Kramer attended the Benerd School of Education at the University of the Pacific and became a public-school teacher in California. Her background, knowledge, and experience give her a unique ability to listen to clients and find solutions that fit each client’s specific needs.
